Said of something: to become transparent or to be seen through something else.

For years, images of trans people have been associated with marginalisation and prostitution. We need to move beyond these stereotypes by showing trans people as part of the cultural, ceremonial and domestic settings in which they live their everyday lives, helping to end transphobia, homophobia and misogyny.

This work seeks to make the democratisation of gender visible through reflection, observation and change. Bodily transformation as an artistic act; movement as a social movement; body language as a representation of the moments of self-observation experienced by people who change.
